
As the founder and Managing Principal of ieConsulting, Sherrie is the momentum behind inspiring and creating high performing teams for her clients, as well as delivering impactful leadership development programs. Her focus is to strengthen employee engagement and foster a solid foundation of trust and inclusion in the workplace, for both leaders and their teams.
Prior to launching ieConsulting, Sherrie was Director of Talent Management for Phillips 66 where she oversaw a robust Supplier Diversity program, launched a successful college recruiting strategy and also implemented a successful CliftonStrengths Based Leadership initiative. Sherrie then joined Paycom in OKC where she oversaw Talent Development and Diversity & Inclusion. She launched a leadership development program for new leaders and also built a framework and roadmap for Diversity initiatives. Prior to Phillips 66 and Paycom, she spent over thirty years in various leadership roles at American Airlines including Human Resources, Diversity & Employee Engagement, Procurement and Account Management.

Sherrie’s previous community involvement includes serving on the Board of Directors for the Mary Martha Outreach in Bartlesville, OK and as a member of the Board of Directors for The Heart of a Warrior Foundation, as well as a hospice volunteer in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
As a certified Gallup® Strengths Coach and certified FranklinCovey facilitator, Sherrie offers coaching and team sessions focused on helping teams harness their innate strengths to build engagement and deliver high performance. As a recognized leader in Diversity and Inclusion and for outstanding contributions, Sherrie was recognized as the one of the first award honorees for the prestigious American Airlines Earl G. Graves Award for Diversity Leadership.
Sherrie lives in Trophy Club, Texas with her husband Mark and enjoys spending time with family. She is an avid snow skier, loves hiking in the mountains and the amazing National Parks. Her focus is to positively impact individuals and situations she encounters by harnessing her top 5 CliftonStrengths: Belief, Positivity, Responsibility, Developer and Connectedness.
