Sherrie Macko, Strengths Coach and Diversity Leader
As the founder and Managing Principal of ieConsulting, Sherrie is the momentum behind inspiring and creating high performing teams for her clients. She is a Gallup® certified Strengths coach and has successfully launched Strengths based initiatives for both large corporate and small to medium sized clients. Prior to launching ieConsulting, Sherrie was Director of Corporate Services for the Dallas/Fort Worth Minority Supplier Development Council, a non-profit organization that advocates for and fosters growth with minority business enterprises. Previously, Sherrie was Director of Talent Management & Supplier Diversity for Phillips 66 where she oversaw the company’s robust Supplier Diversity program, launched a successful college recruiting strategy and also created and directed a successful Strengths based leadership initiative. While at Phillips 66, she oversaw procurement for Human Resources including strategy development and negotiations for all employee health and welfare benefits. Sherrie led numerous successful leadership training initiatives throughout Phillips 66 to help foster a high performing organization. Prior to Phillips 66, she served as Manager of Supplier Diversity for American Airlines, where she spent over thirty years in various leadership roles including Human Resources, Procurement, Account Management and Marketing.
Sherrie has previously served on the Board of Directors for the Southwest Minority Supplier Development Council, the Women’s Business Council Southwest, the American Indian Chamber of Commerce Texas and was Chair of the Oklahoma Minority Supplier Development Council. She also served on the Advisory Board for the Women Presidents Organization and Women’s Enterprise Texas. Sherrie’s community involvement includes serving on the Board of Directors for the Mary Martha Outreach charitable organization in Bartlesville, OK and previously volunteering her time as a member of the Board of Directors for The Heart of a Warrior Foundation in Dallas, Texas. She is also a hospice volunteer in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
As a recognized leader in Diversity and Inclusion, Sherrie has received numerous awards and honors for her work and dedication to minority inclusion, including the coveted D/FW Minority Supplier Development Council’s Corporate Advocate of the Year Award. For her outstanding contributions in the area of diversity and inclusion, Sherrie was recognized as the one of the first award honorees for the prestigious American Airlines Earl G. Graves Award for Diversity Leadership. She is indeed a passionate ambassador of diversity and minority inclusion.

Sherrie resides in Trophy Club, Texas with her husband Mark and has two amazing grown children. Her outside interests include hiking, skiing and simply enjoying the Utah mountains.
