Using the GALLUP Clifton StrengthsFinder® tool, ieConsulting facilitates training workshops that guide teams and individuals to discover their own natural talents as well as the talents of those around them. During our two-hour workshop, participants will learn how to harness their own natural talents and intentionally integrate them into their work and life. We customize each workshop to ensure that they provide an opportunity for teambuilding, leadership development, employee recognition and personal growth. The workshops are very interactive and always provide a fun and engaging teambuilding experience. Each participant walks away with specific actions to ensure they are fully utilizing their talents to the best of their ability. Diversity and Inclusion Training
